The Tree of Excellence Award is the highest level of recognition through the Knute Nelson Recognition Program. Here are just a few comments from Michelle’s peers that were included on her nomination form: “She is thankful and grateful for her job and role at the facility.” “She feels it is a privilege to care for the Sisters and wants them to have an enriched live.”
Congratulations to our Tree of Excellence recipient, Jen Sibell, wellness instructor at the Nelson Wellness Center. The Tree of Excellence Award is the highest level of recognition through the Knute Nelson Recognition Program. Jen was nominated for this award by her peers for her outstanding performance.
Lynette Berglund, a care attendant at Grand Arbor in Alexandria, recently received the Make Zero Harm Possible Award from LeadingAge Minnesota. The award recognizes staff in aging services settings who demonstrate their commitment to safe, quality care and to treating the people they serve with respect and dignity – always.
Knute Nelson received the Award of Honor for Performance Excellence in Aging Services from LeadingAge Minnesota. The award recognizes an advanced level of continuous quality improvement and outstanding achievements in 24 management practices focused on leadership, strategy, customers, measurement, workforce and operations.
