Community Impact

Giving back to our communities in West Central Minnesota.

One of our values at Knute Nelson is Community Engagement. We believe we are an integral part of the communities we serve and will invest time and resources to support these communities. As a result, the individuals we serve and our staff will be better supported and live an enhanced quality life.

One of the ways we support our communities is by encouraging our employees to volunteer. To support volunteer efforts, we offer a unique VTO (volunteer time off) benefit to our team, so they are compensated for their time assisting community organizations like United Way, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and others.
