Crystal Brook Named Progress MN Honoree

Knute Nelson and Innovative Builders Inc. has been selected by Finance & Commerce as a 2019 Progress Minnesota award nominee in the nonprofit organization category for their development of Crystal Brook Senior Living in Park Rapids, MN.

The awards, now in their eighth year, recognize those individuals and companies who are driving business and industrial growth and economic development in Minnesota in unique ways.

“We are proud to be recognized for our work with Innovative Builders,” says Mark Anderson, President/CEO of Knute Nelson. “Our partnership was formed out of the desire to offer the Park Rapids community high quality senior living services and we truly believe we’ve accomplished this while also benefiting the local economy.”

Crystal Brook Senior Living includes 69 congregate/independent living, assisted living and 19 memory care assisted living units. A thriving town center is the central focus of the building with an activity/multi-purpose room, salon, card and club room, dining room, lobby, outdoor terrace, resident storage, spa, fitness room, and underground parking.

Knute Nelson and Innovative Builders Inc. were recognized at an awards dinner on April 17, 2019, at the Metropolitan Ballroom and Club Room.
