Not sure how you can begin applying your Christian values at work? Ask yourself these four questions to get started:
- Who can I support today?
- How can I be a better listener?
- Do I have any co-workers who might need extra support at work as they navigate challenges in their personal lives?
- How can I be more intentional in serving others?
After you have answered these questions, begin making an action plan to support and uplift others. Significant changes might not happen overnight, so start with one or two things a day to get yourself started. Slowly increase to make living out your faith at work a long-term habit.

Honesty: Be authentic by maintaining honesty. Untruthfulness will always lead to conflict.

Compassion: Show care and concern to fellow team members who may be going through challenges in their life. Find ways to support and uplift them.

Communicate openly: A great way to further elevate your workplace culture is to promote open and transparent communication. Encourage coworkers to express their concerns and ideas freely, creating a culture of trust and mutual respect.
