Is It Time to Get Help?

If you are caring for a loved one, knowing when to seek help can be a difficult decision to make. Understanding what services are available and what sort of care your loved one needs can be overwhelming. 

Our care professionals at Knute Nelson have developed a simple care survey that will help you evaluate and understand what level of care your loved one might need and if it's time to pursue help. This questionnaire takes just a few minutes to complete and will ask questions such as:

• What is your loved one's current living situation?

• Are they still driving?

• Do they need help getting care and are their needs being met?

• What sort of daily activities do they enjoy?

• Do they need help with things such as meal prep, housekeeping, or running errands?

• Do they require more care such as help with using the bathroom, getting dressed, or bathing?

• Have they lost interest in daily activities, are they more forgetful than usual, or do they wander?
