By deciding what end-of-life care best suits your needs when you are healthy, you can help those close to you make the right choices when the time comes.
Join us on September 25th at 6:30 pm at Arrowwood Lodge at Brainerd Lakes for a free educational seminar, “Advance Care Planning & End-of-Life Wishes.” This session will discuss how to communicate your wishes for end-of-life so that decisions made are based on your personal values and preferences.
Knute Nelson Hospice Social Worker, Diane Leaders, LSW, and Director of Hospice, Brianna Olson, RN, BSN, will explore this topic in depth. This free seminar is held in the Bait & Tackle Room at Arrowwood Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, 967 Lake Forest Road, Baxter.
This is the first seminar in an ongoing series hosted by Knute Nelson Hospice. Upcoming seminar topics include:
• Tuesday, October 23 – Understanding Medical Choices in Health Care Directives
• Tuesday, November 27 – Hospice: The Myths & Truths
There is no cost to attend and there is no RSVP necessary. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
