The Pioneer Grill is pleased to serve clients for any type of event, within our campus or externally. Our team can satisfy the palates of small groups for business meetings, medium groups for a bridal shower or even a large group for your next family wedding.

On-Site Catering

The Pioneer Grill by Knute Nelson is located at Grand Arbor in Alexandria, MN. This beautiful community allows for several room rental options to accommodate your group. 

Room Options

• Community Room (capacity: 100) | $150 rental fee
• Activity Room (capacity: 50) | $75 rental fee
• Outdoor Patio (capacity: 75) | $75 rental fee
• Multi-purpose Room (capacity: 50)  | $75 rental fee
• Private Dining Room (capacity: 10) | $20 rental fee
• Governors Room* (capacity: 65) | $100 rental fee

Discounted room rental fees are available for residents, their families, employees, and non-profit organizations.

Off-Site Catering

Off-site catering is also available to those hosting an event within 15 miles of Alexandria. This coverage area includes Osakis, Carlos, Holmes City, and immediate surrounding areas. Our professional team works relentlessly to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.

In addition to preparing and serving excellent food, we also have affordable equipment rental options. 

Equipment Rental

• Tents (16' x 10') | $100 per tent
• Chairs | $1 per chair
• Tables | $7.50 per table (6 ft. and 8 ft.)
