Knute Nelson Invites Community to Public Art Exhibit Series
Showcasing canvas paintings by Knute Nelson residents and area school children

Knute Nelson invites the community to attend up to three public art exhibits this spring. The art displayed was created by Alexandria school children and Knute Nelson residents during joint canvas painting workshops.

The exhibits, including musical entertainment, will take place on three occasions:
•    Friday, April 12 from 2:30-4:30 pm at Nelson Gables, 1220 Nokomis Street
      Music by Cline Connection
•    Friday, April 26 from 3:00-5:00 pm at the Care Center, 420 12th Avenue E
      Music by Sara Severson
•    Friday, May 3 from 3:30-5:00 pm at Grand Arbor, 4403 Pioneer Road SElegacy_lg.png
      Music by Dale Martell

Light refreshments will be served. There is no cost to attend and there is no RSVP necessary. 

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Lake Region Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
