Congratulations to our graduates from Knute Nelson's 2017 Leadership Academy! Knute Nelson’s Leadership Academy was designed in 2014 to help strengthen and develop the leadership skills and capacities of leaders within Knute Nelson. 

This group of 13 individuals has spent the last nine months learning the ins and outs of being a great leader. Some of the topics they have studied are servant leadership, emotional intelligence, team building, managing conflict and more. In addition to their monthly educational session, they also benefited from having a one-on-one meeting each month with a leadership advisor to talk through their individual growth.

Program graduate, Melissa Frank, shared a few words about her experience, "Leadership is an experience that is hard to sum up, but I am sure we can agree that this program has helped us become better leaders, caregivers, teammates, friends and family members. There was not a day that I did not have that 'AH HA' moment during our get togethers or one on one meetings."
