Technology-Based Patient Monitoring
Telehealth monitors transmit key vital signs and symptoms to health care professionals via secure network. This monitoring allows nurses and physicians to identify changes in a client’s condition or identify concerns early and make adjustments to each patient’s treatment before a more serious issue arises. Telehealth technology helps significantly decrease the number of physician and ER visits, while allowing each client’s physician to easily oversee their care and current health.
