| The Knute Nelson organization was established in 1948 with a bequest by the late Senator and Governor of Minnesota, Knute Nelson. Nelson donated his family home and 23 acres of land with the intent that it be used to provide care for elderly area residents.
Since that time, the Knute Nelson organization has set the highest standard for long-term care, as a result of high quality facilities, innovative programs, care alternatives and pricing options. Knute Nelson's commitment to excellence is well known and apparent in all we do.
Knute Nelson is a faith-based organization, guided by Christian principles. We are affiliated with 14 area Lutheran congregations, although all faiths are welcomed and celebrated. |
